Juror: Penny Griffin Lutz is the Director of The Gallery at Penn College Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Lutz earned a BA from Northern Arizona University, and a MA from Bloomsburg University. She is passionate about the arts and has been involved in the arts sector as a creator, advocate, manager or director for over 20 years.
